Shipping & Handling Rates
Our standard shipping and handling rates for delivery within the United States are based on the subtotal of all items in your shopping basket and are as follows:

We ship internationally as well, please us for a shipping and handling quote if you are outside of the United States.
Be sure to take advantage of our free shipping once you reach $150 or more worth of merchandise (within the United States).
Many of our items such as curtains have other matching and coordinating pieces available such as
placemats, table runners, or tablecloths.
Shipping & Handling Time
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
We take pride in customer service and strive to expedite every order.
Therefore, it's important to fill out contact information accurately.
A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you and tracking number when your order ships.
The Country Porch ships all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. US Domestic orders are
shipped via USPS/UPS/Fedex or combination of delivery services. International and APO orders will be sent via
standard Priority airmail delivery services. Requests for expedited delivery
services such as overnight or 2nd day delivery will be accommodated on a best effort basis and require
authorization by customer prior to shipment for approval of additional shipping charges (based on
carrier rates). We are unable to provide automated quotes for expedited shipping fees at this time.
If you have just placed an order and find one or more items that you would like to add to your
already completed order, go ahead and place a second order and mention the previous order number
in the special instructions box at checkout. To help you save on shipping, We will combine the
items in your orders into one and charge you the appropriate shipping rate based on the subtotal
for all your orders. This offer is valid as long as we haven't already shipped your first order,
valid only in the United States, and excludes furniture pieces. Generally, if you add something
within the first couple hours after placing your first order, we are able to combine your orders.
The Country Porch does not currently offer a brochure or printed catalog. Sign up for our
Newsletter to be notified of new seasonal favorites and newest items.
Our full catalog is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. For local
in-store orders we also accept cash or check. The billing
address that you provide us with below must match the billing address to which your credit card
statement is mailed in order for your credit card to be validated and processed. This is for both
your protection and ours in order to guard against credit card fraud. If you prefer to telephone
your order, please call us toll free at (866) 664-9182 Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM PST, or you may also fax
your order to (208) 665-1567. Internationally, we can be reached at +1 208 664.9182. Mail in orders
are accepted if payment is made with a money order or cashier check. Money orders can be obtained
through your local post office, other institutions offer them as well but may often charge higher
fees than the post office. We do not accept personal checks.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date we ship your order. We regret shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable. Please contact us to arrange for either a refund or exchange prior to
returning any items. In order to process your return, we will need the order number from your
invoice, original credit card number and expiration date.
Products returned must be in resalable condition without damage or alteration. Washed or
laundered items will not be accepted. Please return items in original clear plastic packaging
with card insert. Items requiring reconditioning will be billed a 50% restocking fee.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and then issue a refund or exchange if
these terms have been met. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be abandoned or
may be returned at customer's request and expense.
Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. We will process your exchange
upon receiving the returned product. However, if you wish to expedite your exchange, first make
arrangements with us for the item(s) you wish to return and then place a new order for the new
item(s) you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new item(s) as soon as possible
and then process your return upon receiving and inspecting it.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as it may be
necessary for the shipper to inspect it for insurance claims reasons. Damaged items will be
replaced with the same item and we may require that the item be returned prior to exchange. If
an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your purchase.
The Country Porch collects sales tax for orders shipped within Idaho and for in-store pickups.
Currently the sales tax rate is 6%.
Fabric Sample Swatches
If you are unsure what a pattern looks like in person, we recommend calling/emailing for a fabric
swatch. $0.50/ea. Please or call toll free 1-866-664-9182. We will also gladly include up
to four sample swatches with any order you place with us if noted in the
special instructions box when you checkout.
We do not accept returns for laundered items. All of our 100% cotton linen products
should be washed the first time in cold water on gentle cycle with white vinegar to
set color, line dry.
At The Country Porch, we use industry standard SSL security protection. If you should
encounter a message in Internet Explorer or older browsers such as, "The security certificate has expired or is not
yet valid" or "The validity period of this certificate exceeds that of its certification authority,"
then you need to either upgrade your web browser to a newer version to bring it up to date. Please note that this is only a warning box, if you
proceed by clicking Yes, then you will still be in a secure mode. We do suggest
that you upgrade your software to avoid this inconvenience on secure websites in general.
